PUMPHD

PumpHD is a Nick Walker Signature Series pre-workout from HD Muscle. It is a non-stimulant, nitric oxide-based formula, so it suits training sessions where you want a pre-workout without the stimulants.

The formula lists:

• 11 g L-Citrulline
• 5 g Creatine
• 5 g Betaine Anhydrous
• 1,050 mg Nitrosigine
• 507 mg VasoDrive-AP

Flavours: Cherry Slushie and Rainbow Strips.

Suggested use: Start with 1/3 of a scoop to assess your tolerance. From there, you can increase to 2/3 of a scoop or 1 scoop. Do not take more than one scoop per day, and take it before your workout.
