How It Works

1. Upload Your Designs
Add your print-ready artwork directly to the Gang Sheet Builder.

2. Arrange Your Gang Sheet
Resize, duplicate, and position your designs to make the best use of the available print area. Be sure to leave adequate spacing between each design.

3. Review Your Artwork
Carefully review your completed gang sheet before submitting. Check design sizes, image quality, spacing, and placement.

4. Add to Cart & Checkout
Once your gang sheet is complete, add it to your cart and finish checkout. Your files are not submitted to our production queue until your order has been successfully placed and paid for.

Artwork Requirements

For the best possible DTF print quality, please follow these guidelines:

• Upload high-resolution artwork whenever possible. 300 DPI at the intended print size is recommended.
• PNG files with transparent backgrounds are strongly recommended.
• Do not mirror your artwork. We take care of the printing process.
• Remove unnecessary transparent space around your artwork before uploading.
• Avoid extremely thin lines, tiny details, or very fine text that may not reproduce properly when printed.
• Ensure designs do not overlap and leave sufficient space between individual graphics.
• Check the final dimensions of every design. Your artwork will be produced according to the size shown in the Gang Sheet Builder.

Image Quality

The quality of your finished transfer depends heavily on the quality of the artwork provided.

Low-resolution artwork may appear blurry, pixelated, or less detailed when printed. If the Gang Sheet Builder displays a low-resolution or image-quality warning, we strongly recommend replacing the artwork with a higher-quality version before submitting your order.

Increasing the dimensions of a low-resolution image does not increase its actual image quality.

Certain effects—including semi-transparent elements, fades, glows, smoke effects, soft shadows, and partially transparent pixels—may reproduce differently when converted to a physical DTF print.

Customers are responsible for reviewing:

• Artwork quality and resolution
• Design dimensions
• Spelling and artwork content
• Background transparency
• Design placement and spacing
• The final gang sheet layout

Please review your entire gang sheet carefully before completing your order.

YourSupplier.ca does not automatically modify, resize, reposition, correct, or redesign customer-submitted artwork unless a separate artwork or design service has been arranged.

Important Production Notice

Custom DTF transfers are produced specifically from the files submitted with your order. Because these are custom-manufactured products, orders that have entered production cannot be changed or cancelled.

Printing results are dependent on the quality and characteristics of the artwork supplied. YourSupplier.ca is not responsible for print-quality issues resulting from low-resolution artwork, incorrect sizing, unwanted backgrounds, transparency effects, spelling errors, or other issues contained within customer-submitted files.

Image Requirements Transfer Sizes

DTF Transfer sizes:

• Adult 10.5-11" wide or tall, whichever number comes first

• Youth 7.5 - 8" wide or tall, whichever number comes first

• Toddler 6-6.5" wide or tall, whichever number comes first

• Pocket/Koozie Size 3.5-4" wide or tall, whichever number comes first
  
  

  DTF Pressing Instructions

  Each order comes with pressing instructions
  It’s always a good idea to test your transfer first to find the ideal time + temp that works for your press as
  each heat press is made differently.
  We highly recommend using a commercial heat press.
  Apply HEAVY pressure. It should take two hands to pull your press shut.
  Peel your transfer swiftly, with confidence. Do not peel slowly if peeling hot. Think of it as ripping off a wax strip when you go to peel.
  Alternatively, you can wait for the transfer to cool and then peel.

  Material Temp Time
  100% Cotton 300°F 10secs
  50/50 Blends 300°F 10secs
  100% Polyester 275-300F 10secs

  SPECIFIC STEPS:
  Follow each step to ensure best results.

  1. Pre press your material at time and temp above (300F for 5-10 seconds)

  2. Apply the transfer face down, ensure heavy pressure, and press at 300F for 10 seconds

  3. Swiftly peel the transfer off. Peeling it with confidence (not slowly) while it's hot OR wait for it to cool down and then peel

  4. Give it a second press at 300F for 10 seconds but this time, place a piece of parchment paper/butcher paper or old t-shirt on top of your transfer and press. That's it! A stunning, matte and durable transfer is the end result.
     Ideally, wait 24 hours before washing.

For apparel using DTF transfers:

• Wash inside out

• Wait 24 hours before washing

• Do NOT iron over design

• Hang to dry or tumble dry low

• Do NOT bleach

• Do NOT dry clean

For items (i.e. glass cups) using UV DTF:

Care Instructions:

• Hand wash only

• Use warm water and soft sponge or washcloth

• Avoid abrasive/harsh cleansers

• Do not soak

All transfer sizes are approximate.

Transfer colours may vary slighty.

Every heat press is different, we recommend doing a test first to see the best time and temp for your particular press.

Transfers are FINAL SALE. All our transfers are regularly tested and used to ensure their quality. No refunds/exchanges for application errors.
